Direct Marketing Specialist Responsibilities

• Proactively source and engage prospective customers via phone and email to introduce AWS and identify new business opportunities.
• Follow up promptly on leads, ask relevant questions, and determine customer needs and next steps.
• Explain our product selection and delivery services, and direct detailed product or pricing questions to the appropriate team member.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers through regular, professional contact and reliable follow-up, or schedule appointments for and hand customer off to an outside sales representative.
• Record customer information, conversations, lead status, appointments, and follow-up tasks accurately in our CRM software.
• Communicate effectively with all departments within the company.
• Creative freedom to innovate and expand new ideas from concept to deployment.

Requirements

• Friendly, Enthusiastic & Self-Motivated
• Experience in Sales
• Clear English speaking; Spanish speaking a plus
• Basic computer skills

Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
