Location: Tampa, FL

Job Type: Full-Time, Exempt

Compensation: $140K - $165K w/flexibility based off of experience/skills

We’re partnering with a growing organization seeking an AI Engineer to help build and support the technology infrastructure behind its AI-driven applications and tools.

This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of AI, software, cloud infrastructure, data, and enterprise systems. You’ll help connect systems and data, support AI/ML environments, and build scalable solutions that enable the organization to put AI into practice.

What You’ll Do:

  • Design, deploy, and maintain infrastructure supporting AI/ML applications
  • Integrate enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM, and HRIS with data platforms
  • Support cloud and on-prem environments, data pipelines, and MLOps practices
  • Partner with software, data, and business teams to bring AI solutions into production
  • Help establish secure, scalable, and reliable technology foundations for continued AI adoption

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in software engineering, systems engineering, cloud infrastructure, AI/ML engineering, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of cloud and enterprise technology environments
  • Experience working with APIs, data platforms, integrations, or automation
  • A problem-solving mindset and interest in emerging AI technologies
  • Ability to work onsite in Tampa, Monday–Friday
