Project Accountant | Real-Estate

• 2-5 years of progressive accounting experience
• Real estate, development, construction, or property accounting experience strongly preferred
• Strong understanding of GAAP
• Experience with general ledger accounting, month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting
• Experience with development budgets and construction or lender draws is highly valuable
• Yardi experience preferred
• Strong Excel skills
• Strong analytical and organizational capabilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to identify issues and follow them through resolution
