Bilingual Sales Representative (English/Chinese)

About the Opportunity

AAE Express focuses on providing reliable, efficient international logistics solutions. We are seeking a motivated Sales Representative to develop new business and manage client relationships. This is an opportunity for recent college graduates and entry-level candidates looking to build a rewarding career in sales.

This is a full-time, in-office position, Monday through Friday, based in Midtown Manhattan.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct door-to-door cold outreach to identify and engage potential business clients in the Midtown Manhattan area.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and referrals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients.
• Present services to customers and provide tailored solutions.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms to close new business.
• Manage the sales pipeline from lead generation through account management.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional customer service and timely order fulfillment.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese is required.
• Eager to connect with new prospects, whether through cold out calls or in-person, door-to-door prospecting.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Recent college graduates are encouraged to apply.
