Registered Nurse - PRN

Job Summary

We are seeking experienced and compassionate PRN Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our hospital team in Dallas-Fort Worth, Texas.

This position offers up to $53 per hour with flexible PRN scheduling and 12-hour morning and night shifts. The ideal candidate is a reliable, clinically skilled RN who is committed to providing safe, high-quality, patient-centered care in a hospital environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to patients in accordance with established standards and hospital policies.
• Assess patients' conditions and monitor changes in health status.
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
• Monitor vital signs and respond appropriately to changes in patient condition.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records and documentation.
• Educate patients and families regarding medications, treatments, and care plans.
• Follow infection prevention, patient safety, and HIPAA requirements.
• Respond appropriately to emergencies and changes in patient needs.
• Provide compassionate and professional care while maintaining patient dignity and confidentiality.
• Perform other nursing duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of ICU or Med-Surg nursing experience.
• Previous hospital nursing experience required or strongly preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
• Reliable and professional work ethic.
• Ability to work 12-hour morning and/or night shifts.

Schedule
