Budgeting & Operational Performance

  • Translate approved scopes of work, budgets, and service timelines into effective staffing and execution plans.
  • Monitor labor costs, job profitability, and operational expenses to ensure services are delivered within budget.

  • Maintain accurate operational records, reporting, and performance tracking.

Service Quality & Account Management

  • Serve as a key operational point of contact for service accounts, addressing concerns and ensuring timely resolution.
  • Build strong professional relationships through consistent communication and reliable service delivery.
  • Partner with senior leadership to support account retention and identify opportunities for additional services.
  • Ensure service teams consistently meet company standards and performance expectations.
