1st Response Family Clinic is growing, and we're looking for a motivated, personable, and experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our team!

We specialize in occupational medicine and preventive healthcare, proudly serving firefighters, law enforcement officers, and other first responders throughout the Greater Houston, Galveston, and San Antonio areas.

Compensation & Benefits

• $115,000 guaranteed annual base salary

What You'll Do

• Perform comprehensive occupational health physicals and wellness evaluations.
• Review medical histories, laboratory results, and diagnostic testing.
• Provide preventive health education and recommendations.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Travel to scheduled client locations and collaborate with our healthcare team.

Qualifications

• Active Texas NP license and national board certification.
• Current BLS certification.
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel throughout the assigned territory.
• Occupational medicine or first responder healthcare experience is a plus, but not required!
