Apple’s Operations team ensures that Apple’s ground breaking designs become industry-leading products, delivered on time and on spec. This high profile, highly respected organization ensures the launch of products at volume on time, with high quality and maximum customer availability.

OPMs are pivotal to the dynamic development and launch of Apple’s products. A successful NPI is a leader and facilitator; is dynamic, driven, organized and detail oriented; excels in program/ project management; communicates with ease at all levels; thrives in an ambiguous environment and is adept at facilitating actions and resolving conflicts.

Furthermore, we lead within worldwide Operations and collaborate with the core product development team and other functional organizations within Apple.

Results driven and detail oriented project / program leadership experience 5+ years experience in NPI Operations Management, Supply Chain or Product/Program Management. 5+ Project/Program Management experience Ability to travel up to 20% Bachelor's Degree

Technical expertise combined with in-factory experience a plus Engineering or technical degree preferred. MBA a plus.
