We are seeking an Event Operations Manager with deep expertise in operational excellence and experiential production to bring our dedicated brand spaces and regional activations to life. Reporting directly to the Lead Event Manager, Greater China, you will leverage your operational agility and hands-on industry expertise to create seamless, extraordinary environments where our stories and products can shine.

You will manage the daily operations, venue logistics, technical production, event coordination, and day-to-day space readiness for executive visits, media briefings, creator workshops, new product introductions, and regional activations.

Deliver end-to-end operational support and pragmatic on-the-ground solutions in close collaboration with internal stakeholders, cross-functional partners, and external resources to bring extraordinary experiences to life.

6+ years of relevant experience in event operations, on-site production, or venue coordination within the Greater China market, either in-house with a global brand or at a premier experiential agency. Hands-on experience supporting and executing high-touch, bespoke brand events, media engagements, or executive visits with a high standard of detail and hospitality.

Demonstrated on-site operational capabilities - comfortable being on the ground to coordinate logistics, support live run-of-shows, and resolve day-to-day issues. In-depth knowledge of local event logistics, local fabrication standards, local permitting, and working with building management/landlords in Shanghai and key regional markets. Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English.

Experience maintaining positive working relationships with local property management, landlords, and facility teams. Solid technical understanding of event production basics (audio, video, lighting, staging, and spatial layouts). Proactive team player with a strong roll-up-your-sleeves attitude, adaptable to fast-paced schedules and changing priorities.

Strong organizational and communication skills, able to multi-task and keep projects on schedule. High aesthetic appreciation and attention to detail. Bachelor or above degree in Marketing, Communications, Hotel Management, or a related fields.
