Job description

About this role

Anduril Industries is a defense technology company with a mission to transform U.S. and allied military capabilities with advanced technology. By bringing the expertise, technology, and business model of the 21st century’s most innovative companies to the defense industry, Anduril is changing how military systems are designed, built and sold.

Anduril’s family of systems is powered by Lattice OS, an AI-powered operating system that turns thousands of data streams into a realtime, 3D command and control center. As the world enters an era of strategic competition, Anduril is committed to bringing cutting-edge autonomy, AI, computer vision, sensor fusion, and networking technology to the military in months, not years.

ABOUT THE JOB

As a Senior Materials Coordinator, you will join our Deployment Operations team supporting one of Anduril's Test Sites. Test Sites are where our products meet the real world: dynamic, resource-constrained environments where rapid iteration, range operations, and customer demonstrations all happen.

You will run with smaller teams and broader scope than production warehouses, which means the work is hands-on and the impact is immediate. The ideal candidate is an adaptable, proactive problem-solver who manages inventory and material operations under strict quality standards

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Process shipping, receiving, and inventory management at the Fort Stockton, TX test site
  • Coordinate and prepare inbound, outbound, and round-trip shipments moving between the test site, Anduril production facilities, and customer locations, including packaging, crating, labeling, and shipping documentation
  • Create and track shipment tickets in Jira, and coordinate delivery and pickup windows with carriers, drivers, and site security
  • Distribute received material to the correct team, lab, or individual on site, and track empty cases and non-inventory items back to their point of origin
  • Maintain inventory by identifying, labeling, and organizing materials and supplies, including bin locations and storage areas, and maintaining physical and digital records
  • Monitor inventory levels to identify anticipated material shortages and restock points, and raise them to site and Deployment Operations leadership
  • Pull, kit, pack, crate, label, and stage materials for test events, builds, and outbound shipments, ensuring product is properly secured and documented
  • Execute receiving, issuing, transfer order, and cycle-count transactions in Oracle and Odoo, including project striping and de-striping, and troubleshoot transfer order validation errors so material can move on schedule
  • Reconcile inventory records between systems when the physical count, Odoo, and Oracle disagree, escalating to Deployment Operations when a discrepancy cannot be resolved on site
  • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other machinery to move items, or signal machine operators to move materials onto and off trucks and loading docks
  • Transport material between the test site and nearby Anduril or partner locations as needed
  • Expedite flow of material, parts, and assemblies within the site and between Anduril locations in accordance with test and operational schedules

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ years as a materials coordinator, warehouse associate, or equivalent role
  • Knowledge of standard inventory management practices
  • Familiarity with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and/or other warehouse management and inventory control tooling
  • Ability to work proficiently and stay organized across multiple connected systems (ERP, Jira, Slack)
  • Ability to lift and move material, operate material handling equipment, and work on your feet in an active test environment
  • Ability to work onsite at the Test Site five days per week with occasional after-hours or weekend surge support as test and operational schedules dictate
  • Ability to travel to Anduril Headquarters in Costa Mesa, CA and other Anduril sites on occasion, no more than 20% travel
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret or Top Secret security clearance

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • 1+ years of forklift experience and license
  • Experience supporting field operations, test ranges, or remote / austere sites
  • Experience working in the defense/aerospace industry
  • Proficient with spreadsheets for inventory reconciliation, reporting, and ad-hoc analysis
  • Familiarity with inventory management through lot, serial, or batch tracking
  • Experience packaging and handling hazardous shipments
  • Able to operate independently and prioritize tasks effectively in fast-paced environments
  • Comfortable working directly with engineers and technicians in an active test environment
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Eligibility to obtain and maintain a U.S. clearance
