- Lead and direct cross-functional operational teams to streamline processes, elevate product quality, maximize yield, and drive operational efficiency
- Design and implement robust process monitoring frameworks and key performance indicators to enable proactive risk management and foster a culture of continuous improvement
- Spearhead the integration of new processes and systems into operations, ensuring product quality standards and business delivery commitments are consistently met
- Champion cross-functional collaboration to strengthen process capability, minimize variation, and sustain a high standard of operational excellence
Required :
- 15+ years of experience in operations, Process engineering, or a high-volume manufacturing environment
- Minimum 10 years in a leadership or managerial role leading operation teams across various functions.
Preferred :
- Proven experience in process optimization, performance improvement, and quality management
- Experience in operational process control, system implementation, and new process transfer into production environments
- Lean manufacturing knowledge will be an added advantage
Skills :
- Demonstrated experience in cross-functional collaboration with operations, quality, engineering and other business functions
