- Define program strategy, governance frameworks, delivery methodologies, and key success metrics aligned with customer outcomes.
- Manage engagement P&L, contract commitments, revenue forecasting, earned value analysis, and bid-versus-delivered margins.
AI Innovation & Operational Transformation
- Embed AI productivity tools and agentic workflows into delivery operations to improve team efficiency and model outcomes for customers.
- Guide customers in adopting Agentforce and Life Sciences platform capabilities to modernize field engagement, commercial operations, and clinical workflows.

- Proactively identify, communicate, and mitigate program risks through structured governance and actionable mitigation plans.
- Partner with Sales and Account Teams to identify account expansion opportunities that support long-term customer success.
