About this role

About the Role

EMEA Labor Relations is a high-volume, multi-country function operating across complex legal and regulatory environments. This role keeps it running at its best — coordinating multi-country processes, managing reporting, and keeping stakeholders aligned across the region. Rigour, consistency, and trust are at the core of everything we do.

The right person takes pride in running operations well, building processes that are not just effective but repeatable and scalable — including through AI-powered tools and automation. We're looking for someone who brings a continuous improvement mindset to the day-to-day, and who sees the value in building systems that can extend beyond a single team or function.

Our processes are in good shape, and we are looking for someone who executes them with excellence, documents and systematises them with precision, and is energised by the idea that a well-built process in one place can create value across the broader Employee Success organisation.

What You'll Do

  • Coordinate multi-country projects across EMEA — timelines, progress tracking, and stakeholder alignment
  • Maintain reporting, data integrity, and management-ready dashboards
  • Design and document standardised templates, playbooks, and intake processes that can scale across jurisdictions and teams
  • Prepare briefings and materials for senior leadership
  • Partner with cross-functional ES teams on shared process improvement initiatives — identifying where proven approaches can be replicated or adapted
  • Own and improve core operational workflows and AI-driven automation tools
  • Contribute to the evolution of our Slack-based tooling as an intelligent, AI-powered platform

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in ES, Legal Ops, HR Ops, or operations with a strong track record running complex, multi-stakeholder programmes with rigour
  • Exceptional organisation and attention to detail — first-time quality, every time
  • A systems thinker: you don't just run processes, you document, standardise, and look for ways to replicate what works
  • High integrity — you lead with transparency in stakeholder relationships and commitments
  • Strong written communication — turning complex processes into clear, accessible documentation
  • Comfortable with AI-powered tools and curious about automation
  • An interest in how operational excellence in one team can create broader value across an organisation
