About this role

The Experience

Piper runs inside a customer's existing systems. This role owns everything that connects Qualified to them. The Salesforce integration.

The marketing and sales tools customers already use. The APIs and the Model Context Protocol server that other systems and agents call. The engine that pushes data back out and keeps it current.

Meeting booking, and the identity and access layer that enterprise security teams review during procurement.

The active roadmap sits in a few areas, and your job is to know which ones, invest there, and keep the rest running.

What You'll Actually Be Doing

  • Own how Qualified connects to the customer's revenue, marketing, and content stacks.
  • Own the programmatic surface: the enterprise APIs, webhooks, and the Model Context Protocol server that external systems and agents build against.
  • Own the engine that pushes data out to connected systems and keeps fields correct across them.
  • Own Qualified Meetings: the booker, calendar syncs, routing, and queues.
  • Own identity and access. Provisioning, single sign-on, and the controls enterprise security teams check before they buy.

You're Our Person If…

  • You have 3-5+ years in product management, and you've owned a platform or integrations surface in B2B SaaS, not a single feature area inside a bigger product.
  • You know third-party integrations from the inside. You've built and maintained connectors to systems you don't control, worked around their quirks, and kept sync correct when the source schema changed under you. Salesforce depth counts for a lot here, since that's what our customers run on.
  • You have a real technical foundation. You can hold your own with engineers on API design, sync semantics, and authentication, and a coding or implementation background is a plus.
  • You can run a broad surface without drowning in it. You're disciplined about where your attention goes, and you leave working things alone.
  • You bring your own view of where the platform should go, and you'll argue for it.

Even Better If…

  • You've worked in the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • You've built a public API product or a Model Context Protocol server.
  • You've owned or are familiar with enterprise identity and access, like single sign-on and user provisioning.
  • You've worked on calendar, scheduling, or real-time booking.
  • You already use AI across your own work and can say what it changed.
