- Equipment Maintenance & Troubleshooting
- Perform routine preventive maintenance and promptly troubleshoot equipment failures to minimize downtime and ensure stable production.
- Operational Support
- Support daily manufacturing operations by setting up equipment, responding to alarms, and assisting engineers during process adjustments or trials.
- Compliance & Reporting
- Follow safety procedures and work instructions, record maintenance activities accurately, and report recurring issues or abnormal conditions for improvement actions.
- Diploma in Mechatronics, Electrical, or Electronic Engineering
- Basic knowledge of industrial equipment maintenance and troubleshooting
- Ability to read and follow technical drawings, schematics, and work instructions
- Willingness to work in shift operations and respond to equipment breakdowns
- Good teamwork, communication, and discipline in following safety and SOP requirements
