About Outtake
Outtake exists to empower and facilitate trust for a digital-first world. Today, impersonation, fraud, AI-driven scams, and identity abuse spread faster than any security team can respond to. So we built something different: an agentic AI platform that proactively detects, monitors, and takes down impersonators, automating protection in hours, not weeks.
Built by ex-Palantir, ex-CTO/founders, and ex-Notion engineers, Outtake is designed for clarity, autonomy, and velocity. Our goal is ambitious: become the trust layer of the modern internet. And we intend to do it with a lean, dense, exceptionally talented team.
Outtake is backed by top-tier investors and operators who believe in our mission and our model. With strong financial footing and a long runway, we prioritize creating an environment where people can do the best work of their careers.
The Role
This is Outtake's first Channel Partnerships Lead role. You will build and own the channel ecosystem from the ground up, from selecting our first tier of partners to building the operating model — enablement, deal registration, comp structure, and co-sell motion. The role begins as an individual contributor position; a background in channel and comfort operating in ambiguity will be essential as the function scales.
Outtake needs a channel-first approach that turns partners into a repeatable, forecastable source of pipeline. You will work in lockstep with the Head of Partnerships, Sales, Marketing, and RevOps to build that motion, switching comfortably between operating in the weeds and planning on a multi-year horizon.
This is a relationship-driven, operator role. You will identify, recruit, and onboard partners, build the systems that track and report on their performance, and be on the road regularly to make those relationships real.
What You’ll Do
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners that can best unlock access to our ICP.
- Build and strengthen relationships with partners to expand the ever-growing list of Outtake acolytes.
- Collaborate with marketing to build partner-facing training, battlecards, and certification paths so partners can position and sell Outtake credibly.
- Stay ahead of the fast-moving Outtake roadmap to deliver relevant and impactful sales and technical trainings to partner teams.
- Own deal registration, lead-sharing, and joint account planning with direct AEs.
- Harden CRM hygiene to track partner activity and deal flow, and track and report on channel KPIs.
- As the channel program matures, we expect this role to grow into broader ownership over partner strategy and the operating model that supports it.
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years as a channel/partner manager, account executive, or in another partnerships ecosystem role at a cybersecurity company or similar.
- Experience scaling a channel program and weighing strategic trade-offs.
- Comfort writing the playbook, not just reading it.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication, with the ability to present to executives and technical teams alike.
- A strong systems instinct to instrument the channel motion in our CRM.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
- Nice to have: existing relationships within the security VAR/advisory ecosystem (Optiv, Guidepoint, or comparable).
- Nice to have: experience leveraging AI to accelerate outcomes, and knowing when not to use it.
