Physical Therapist

to join an established healthcare provider in Sierra Vista, Arizona.

This is an excellent opportunity for a licensed Physical Therapist looking to join a collaborative clinical environment where you will work directly with patients to improve mobility, reduce pain, restore function, and support greater independence.

What You'll Be Doing

• Evaluate patients with physical injuries, mobility limitations, or disabilities.
• Develop and implement individualized physical therapy treatment plans.
• Provide hands-on patient care focused on improving strength, mobility, function, and independence.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans where required.
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and ongoing rehabilitation.
• Maintain accurate documentation of treatments, progress, and patient outcomes.
• Collaborate with physicians, rehabilitation professionals, and other members of the clinical team.
• Participate in discharge planning and continuity of care.

Essential requirements:

• Graduate of an

accredited Physical Therapy program

.

• Current

Physical Therapist (PT) license

in the state of practice, or eligibility to obtain the required license.

• Current

Basic Life

Support (BLS) certification

.

• Strong clinical knowledge and patient-care skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.

Nice to have:

• Previous experience within a rehabilitation, hospital, or acute-care environment.
