Role: The Home Health Physical Therapist provides comprehensive physical therapy services including assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions within an interdisciplinary team, ensuring adherence to professional, ethical, and qualification standards.

• Physical Therapy Assistants

and

• Home Health Aids

, contributing to program development, quality improvement, and productivity enhancement through flexible, interdisciplinary collaboration.

Qualifications & Skills

• Requires ability to perform duties with or without accommodations, physical strength to lift loads up to 50 pounds, mobility, stamina for frequent location changes, and capacity to handle emergency and infectious situations.
• Must wear protective equipment and handle chemicals.
• Strong physical activities include sitting, walking, standing, bending, squatting, climbing, kneeling, and twisting.

Physical & Visual/Hearing Requirements

• Must be able to see with corrective wear and hear clearly with assistance.
• Must meet physical demands and tolerate exposure to infectious diseases, chemicals, and irregular hours.
