Occupational Therapist - Home Health

Role Overview

This position involves providing direct patient care in the home environment as a licensed or registered Occupational Therapist (OT). Key responsibilities include assessing, evaluating, and developing treatment plans, instructing patients and families in therapy procedures, and collaborating with physicians to optimize care.

The role requires adapting treatment programs based on re-evaluations and assisting patients with occupational therapy activities and supportive devices.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy
• Valid Driver's License and Occupational Therapist License
• No prior experience required

Key Duties

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Instruct patients and families on therapy techniques and device usage
• Re-evaluate and modify treatment to maximize benefits
• Coordinate with physicians and healthcare team
