  • Curate the team's solution documentation library and support its DevOps practices
  • Build and facilitate a community of practice for M365 users
  • Work with the Learning Management System team on technical training content
  • Report weekly on progress, blockers, and risks
  • Attend meetings and training sessions at multiple office locations within the city as needed

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of PowerShell scripting, including code reviews and source control (Git, Azure DevOps, or similar)
  • 3+ years leading consultations with both technical and non-technical audiences
  • 3+ years preparing and delivering training, ideally on M365 products
  • Ability to manage your own work and deliver independently
  • Ability to pass an FBI fingerprint-based background check (CJIS)
  • Willingness to complete HIPAA compliance training
  • Able to work 100% onsite in Philadelphia, PA, 5 days a week

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Microsoft GCC (Government Community Cloud) tenants and licensing
  • Hands-on Power Apps development and governance experience
  • Microsoft Purview experience
  • Microsoft certifications such as MS-102, MS-700, PL-900, or PL-100

Why Join

  • High-visibility role where you'll shape how a large public organization uses Microsoft 365
  • Focused on consulting, training, and modernization, with no on-call rotation
