Job Title: Product Owner with Payment Experience

Location: Charlotte, NC

Duration: ASAP – Full-time

Salary: $130,000 + Benefits

Interview process: Video, then in-person interview

Work Authorization: USC, GC, and GC-EAD

Roles & Responsibilities

• Backlog Management: Own, groom, and prioritize the agile product backlog using tools like JIRA.
• Define clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Payment Strategy: Oversee the transition from legacy wire architectures to modern payment rails (e.g., ISO 20022, FedNow).
• Stakeholder Alignment: Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, compliance officers, and IT delivery teams.
• Quality Assurance: Review and accept Agile deliverables, ensuring specified acceptance criteria and compliance standards are met before release
