Are you passionate about creating intuitive, impactful digital experiences that balance customer needs, business goals, and technology innovation? We are seeking a Product Designer to help shape user-centered solutions, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and deliver exceptional product experiences through thoughtful design, research, and strategic problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design end-to-end user experiences for digital products, from concept exploration through final implementation.
  • Create user flows, journey maps, wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity designs, and other design artifacts to communicate ideas effectively.
  • Apply human-centered design methodologies to identify customer needs, pain points, and opportunities for innovation.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, researchers, and business stakeholders to deliver cohesive product solutions.
  • Utilize design systems, frameworks, and best practices to ensure consistency, usability, and scalability across products.
  • Conduct and incorporate user research, data insights, customer feedback, and usability findings into design decisions.
  • Present design concepts, recommendations, and rationale to stakeholders across multiple organizational levels.
  • Balance customer needs, technical constraints, business objectives, and operational requirements throughout the design process.
  • Explore emerging technologies and industry trends to identify opportunities for product innovation and experience enhancement.
  • Contribute to the evolution of design standards, processes, and best practices within the organization.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, User Experience, Visual Design, Interaction Design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in Product Design, UX Design, or a related discipline.
  • 3+ years of experience using modern design and prototyping tools such as Figma or similar platforms.
  • Experience creating user-centered designs for web, mobile, or enterprise applications.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating design thinking, problem-solving, process, and measurable business impact.
  • Excellent visual design, interaction design, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in Product Design or User Experience Design.
  • 4+ years of experience with design and prototyping tools such as Figma.
  • Experience collaborating with product, engineering, and business stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Experience working with established design systems and component libraries.
  • Understanding of complex, data-intensive, or highly regulated business environments.
  • Experience conducting or leveraging user research, usability testing, and customer feedback.
