Technical Product Manager - Veeva Labeling AI

Position Overview

Shift Technology is looking for a Technical Product Manager to drive product development for Veeva Labeling AI solutions, connecting customer needs with technical strategy and execution.

What You’ll Do

• Define product vision, requirements, and roadmap priorities
• Translate business needs into clear technical specifications
• Partner with engineering, product, and life sciences teams
• Support AI and Veeva labeling product initiatives
• Coordinate testing, launches, and continuous improvements
• Analyze product performance and customer feedback

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Business, Life Sciences, or related field
• Experience in technical product management or software development
• Familiarity with Veeva or life sciences platforms preferred
• Understanding of AI-driven technology solutions
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills
• Excellent project and stakeholder management abilities
