Physical Therapist in Wellness Clinic

Seek Health is looking for an experienced, motivated Physical Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team.

We’re looking for someone who is self-sufficient, evidence-based, exercise-driven, and genuinely great with people. Our patients range from athletes and active adults to older adults and everyone in between, so we value a clinician who can adapt their approach to the individual in front of them.

What We're Looking For

• A licensed Physical Therapist in California
• Self-sufficient and confident managing your own caseload
• Strong clinical reasoning and an evidence-based approach
• Exercise-driven, with an emphasis on helping patients build strength, mobility, and long-term capacity
• Comfortable working with a wide range of patients, from athletes to older adults
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Someone who builds genuine relationships with patients
• Comfortable incorporating manual therapy when appropriate
• Motivated to continue learning and developing clinically
• A team player who enjoys working alongside other healthcare professionals

What You'll Do

• Perform thorough evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide one-on-one physical therapy care
• Build exercise-based programs that patients can carry into their daily lives
• Utilize manual therapy and other appropriate techniques when indicated
• Educate patients so they understand their condition and take ownership of their recovery
• Progress patients toward meaningful, functional goals
• Manage your own schedule and caseload
• Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team
