Electronics Hardware Design Engineer (PCB Design)

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Hardware Development and Hardware Design, including hands-on experience with PCB design tools and workflows.
• Proficiency in Electronics Hardware Design and Circuit Design, with the ability to create, analyze, and debug analog and digital circuits.
• Experience in Hardware Architecture, including defining system-level electronic architectures and hardware interfaces.
• Knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements relevant to electronic hardware (e.g., EMC, safety, reliability, and design-for-manufacture principles).
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience with schematic capture and PCB layout software (such as Altium, Cadence, Mentor, or similar tools).
• Ability to interpret datasheets, create test plans, and use lab equipment such as oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and multimeters.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills, and ability to document designs and test results clearly.
• Experience in MedTech, aerospace, or other regulated industries is an advantage.
