We are seeking a

Senior Product Designer

to support the continued development of a native mobile application. This is an opportunity to help shape a relatively new product, designing experiences from the ground up rather than enhancing an established or white-label solution.

This role is ideal for a hands-on product designer who thrives in a fast-paced environment where new features, screens, and user experiences are continuously being developed. The Senior Product Designer will partner closely with Product Managers and Engineering teams to translate requirements and user needs into intuitive, scalable mobile experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Design new native mobile app experiences from concept through execution.
• Create and iterate on home screens, maps and location-based experiences, content-driven screens, user workflows, and new feature experiences.
• Partner closely with Product Managers to understand requirements, user stories, and business objectives.
• Collaborate with Engineering and cross-functional teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Contribute to and help evolve the organization's design system, ensuring scalable and consistent UI patterns.
• Maintain consistency across the mobile application and other digital product experiences.
• Work within Jira to manage requirements and support cross-functional collaboration.

Top Must-Haves

• Strong experience designing

native mobile applications for iOS and/or Android

• Experience designing a digital product

from the ground up

, rather than primarily customizing an existing or white-label solution.

• Strong understanding of

design systems, scalable UI patterns, usability, and user-centered design principles

.

Portfolio Requirements

Candidates should have a portfolio demonstrating:

• Clear examples of native mobile app design work.
• Strong usability and user experience principles.
• Examples of how user research and insights influenced design decisions.
• End-to-end product thinking, from initial concept through execution.
• Senior-level ownership and the ability to quickly understand and contribute to complex products.
