Summary

We are seeking a passionate Occupational Therapist to join our team in Idaho Falls, ID. This role is vital in providing exceptional therapy services that contribute to the development and well-being of our pediatric clients.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of pediatric patients to determine their needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic interventions that promote independence in activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Collaborate with families, educators, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Provide education and support to families regarding therapeutic strategies.
• Participate in early intervention programs for children with developmental delays.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and progress.
• Stay current with best practices in pediatric occupational therapy.
• Qualifications
• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
• Experience working with pediatric populations is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of developmental milestones and therapeutic techniques for children.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with families and team members.
• Ability to create engaging treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
• Familiarity with telehealth practices is a plus.
