We are seeking a skilled, motivated, and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) to join our growing outpatient orthopedic practice. The Physical Therapist will evaluate and treat patients with musculoskeletal, neurological, post-operative, workers’ compensation, and functional limitations while helping them restore movement, reduce pain, and improve overall quality of life.

Duties

  • Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and reassessments
  • Develop individualized plans of care based on diagnosis, goals, and functional limitations
  • Provide skilled therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, gait training, balance training, manual therapy, and modalities as indicated
  • Supervise and collaborate with Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) and support staff in accordance with California practice guidelines
  • Treat orthopedic, post-surgical, personal injury, and workers’ compensation patients
  • Monitor patient progress and update treatment plans as medically necessary
  • Educate patients and families on home exercise programs, injury prevention, ergonomics, and self-management
  • Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant documentation meeting Medicare and insurance standards
  • Coordinate care with physicians, nurse case managers, adjusters, and referral sources
  • Assist with clinic efficiency, patient retention, and positive patient experience

Qualifications

  • Current California Physical Therapist license in good standing
  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT, Master's, or Bachelor's)
  • Strong knowledge of orthopedic rehabilitation and evidence-based treatment
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage caseload efficiently
  • Strong documentation and clinical reasoning skills
  • Outpatient experience preferred, but motivated new graduates welcome
  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required

Pay: $110,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
