Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Vice President of Product Management to lead our product organization. This executive role is responsible for defining and executing the product vision, driving innovation, and ensuring alignment with business goals.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive cross-functional communication experience, and supervisory expertise in technical project and program management. As a key member of the leadership team, you will oversee product development lifecycle, foster collaboration across departments, and deliver solutions that meet market needs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy aligned with company objectives.
• Lead and inspire the product management team to deliver innovative products that enhance customer satisfaction and business growth.
• Oversee the entire product lifecycle from conception through launch, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
• Foster effective cross-functional communication between engineering, marketing, sales, customer support, and other relevant teams to ensure cohesive execution of product initiatives.
• Supervise technical project and program managers to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to prioritize initiatives based on strategic value, resource availability, and market trends.
• Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
• Establish metrics to evaluate product performance and use insights for continuous improvement.
• Promote a culture of agility, accountability, and customer-centricity within the product teams.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in senior product management roles with a track record of leading successful product strategies.
• Strong cross-functional communication skills essential for coordinating efforts across diverse teams.
• Supervisory experience managing technical project managers or program managers is required.
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving skills, and business acumen.
• Technical background or understanding of software development processes is preferred but not mandatory.
• Exceptional leadership qualities with the ability to motivate teams and foster collaboration at all levels.

Pay: $140,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
