Position Overview

We are seeking a visionary highly collaborative and deeply technical Product Manager to drive the strategy evolution and success of our core financial ecosystem In this role you will bridge the gap between complex financial workflows and elegant technology solutions

The ideal candidate possesses deep domain expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central accounting principles and enterprise financial systems Beyond your technical and analytical capabilities you are an exceptional communicator who thrives on direct interaction with end-users transforming user pain points feedback and operational realities into a seamless product roadmap

Product Vision Strategy]]

Own the end-to-end product lifecycle strategy and roadmap for our financial technology suite centering heavily around Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and integrated accounting applications

End-user Advocacy Engagement Act as the primary high touch liaison to our end-users and internal stakeholders finance teams accountants operations Conduct continuous user interviews feedback sessions and workshops to truly understand user behaviors friction points and needs

Requirements Translation Translate complex accounting practices compliance regulations and raw user feedback into clear actionable product requirements epics and user stories

Cross Functional Collaboration

Partner closely with engineering data business analysts and Microsoft partners consultants to architect build and deploy robust ERP customizations integrations and automation features

Change Management Communication Author crystal-clear release notes user documentation and training materials Deliver compelling product presentations and demos to both technical teams and nontechnical business leaders

Financial Compliance

Ensure all system changes align with corporate accounting standards GAAPIFRS internal controls SOX compliance where applicable and tax regulations

Required Skills Qualifications

Experience 10 years of product management experience with at least 4 years dedicated specifically to ERP software financial technology FinTech or accounting systems

Business Central Expertise Hands-on experience implementing configuring or managing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or legacy Dynamics NAV Deep familiarity with its core financial modules General Ledger Accounts Payable Receivable Fixed Assets Cash Management

Domain Knowledge Solid foundational understanding of accounting principles financial reporting reconciliation and month end close processes

Masterful Communication Exceptional verbal and written communication skills The ability to practice active listening with end-users articulate the why behind product decisions and explain highly technical financial concepts in simple empathetic and humancentric language. Have exceptional organizational skills and be able to effectively manage status across multiple system modules

Influence Without Authority Proven track record of managing complex stakeholder environments building deep trust with executive leaders and steering cross functional engineering teams

Analytical Mindset Strong data driven problem-solving skills comfortable diving into complex financial data schemas system integrations and APIs

Preferred Qualifications

Background degree or certifications in Accounting Finance Business Administration or Computer Science

Experience with Business Central extensions AL language development concepts Power Platform Power BI Power Automate or third-party FinTech integrations

Experience working in an Agile Scrum development environment

Variable Compensation: This position includes a bonus or variable payout component based on individual and organizational performance. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, performance and internal equity.
