Occupational Therapist – Full-Time

Join a collaborative rehab team providing skilled occupational therapy in an acute care setting.

Responsibilities include:

• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans considering discharge needs and functional goals.
• Educating and collaborating with patients, families, and healthcare providers, making referrals as needed.
• Delegating tasks to assistants, techs, and students based on their skill levels.
• Completing documentation in accordance with departmental policies.
• Performing assessments, reassessments, and consultations for occupational therapy services.

Qualifications include:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy (required); Master’s preferred.
• Valid Occupational Therapist license.
• No prior experience required; supervision experience not mandatory.
