About The Role

We are seeking an early-career

Technical Operations & Workforce Program Analyst – Trainee

to support workforce management, field operations, project coordination, and operational analytics.

This role is designed for candidates interested in developing a career at the intersection of technology, operations, data analytics, workforce planning, and project management.

The trainee will support day-to-day field and workforce activities involving the planning and coordination of Workforce, tools, materials, project information, and operational processes. The role will also help develop workforce and operational dashboards, KPIs, trend analysis, and process automation to improve visibility and decision-making across field programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support workforce planning, onboarding, deployment, assignment tracking, redeployment, utilization, and worker lifecycle management.
  • Perform worker lifecycle and trend analysis covering tenure/aging, assignment frequency, repeat assignments, inactivity, utilization, performance ratings, attendance, no-shows, cancellations, and retention trends.
  • Develop and maintain workforce and operational KPIs and OKRs, identify trends and exceptions, and prepare periodic management reporting.
  • Support development of early indicators relating to worker performance, engagement, utilization, quality, and potential attrition for management review.
  • Assist with daily field operations coordination, including worker deployment status, site attendance, check-in/check-out information, site readiness, and operational follow-up.
  • Support men-and-material planning by tracking workforce availability along with tools, equipment, and materials required for project execution.
  • Monitor availability, allocation, and movement of operational tools, equipment, and materials and highlight shortages or project dependencies.
  • Assist Project and Program Managers with daily activities including project status reporting, action-item tracking, milestone monitoring, meeting follow-ups, issue tracking, and escalation reporting.
  • Maintain project and operational trackers covering workforce, resources, schedules, risks, dependencies, and outstanding actions.
  • Analyze workforce and field-operational data across projects, sites, locations, and worker populations to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Prepare dashboards and reports using Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or other approved reporting tools.
  • Initially support manual reporting and analysis and progressively help transition validated reporting into automated dashboards, portal-based reporting, workflow alerts, and digital processes.
  • Work with Product, Technology, and Operations teams to define dashboard requirements, data fields, business rules, and reporting logic.
  • Support workforce and operational data-quality reviews, process documentation, SOP development, and standardization of reporting practices.
  • Coordinate with Workforce, Recruitment, Field Operations, Project Management, Service Delivery, Logistics/Procurement, HR, and Technology teams as required.

Education & Qualifications

Preference Will Be Given To Candidates With a Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In One Of The Following Or a Closely Related Discipline

Recent graduates and candidates in the final stage of completing a relevant Bachelor's or Master's program may also be considered.

Preferred Skills

Working knowledge of

Excel

is important. Exposure to SQL, Power BI, Tableau, databases, data visualization, project-management tools, process mapping, or analytics is preferred.

Candidates should demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, organizational ability, written and verbal communication skills, and an interest in working across technical, operational, and project-based environments.

Experience through internships, academic projects, co-ops, university projects, or entry-level employment involving

analytics, operations, technology, supply chain, project management, or workforce planning

is beneficial.
