Cornerstone Galaxy Product Manager - Learning Platform

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Cornerstone Galaxy Product Manager to lead the implementation and optimization of the Cornerstone Galaxy Learning platform for a large pharmaceutical organization.

This role will serve as the primary Cornerstone Galaxy SME and product lead, bridging HR/Learning & Development with IT architecture, integrations, data, security, vendors, and delivery teams.

The ideal candidate has deep hands-on Cornerstone Galaxy experience, a strong background in L&D, HRIS, or HR Operations, and a proven track record leading complex LMS implementations.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the subject matter expert for Cornerstone Galaxy Learning.
• Lead implementation, configuration, optimization, and product decisions for the Galaxy Learning platform.
• Partner with HR, Learning & Development, HRIS, IT, Security, and Architecture teams to translate business needs into scalable solutions.
• Lead vendor management and ensure delivery against scope, timelines, quality, and business requirements.
• Guide data conversion, migration, and integration activities.
• Support Workday-to-Cornerstone integrations.
• Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture, security, data, and compliance requirements.
• Apply LMS and learning technology best practices to improve usability and employee experience.
• Support testing, including integration testing and UAT.
• Support go-live, hyper-care, issue resolution, and continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on experience with Cornerstone Galaxy Learning.
• Experience with multiple Cornerstone implementations; 10+ implementations strongly preferred.
• Strong experience implementing enterprise LMS platforms within complex organizations.
• Background in L&D, HR Operations, HRIS, or HR technology.
• Strong working knowledge of:
• Cornerstone Galaxy
• Workday-to-Cornerstone integrations
• SCORM / xAPI
• SSO, SAML, and OIDC
• LMS data migration and conversion
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Experience working with IT architecture, integrations, data, security, and technical delivery teams.
• Strong vendor-management and stakeholder-management skills.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or life sciences.
• Experience supporting LMS implementations in regulated environments.
• Familiarity with GxP requirements and validated learning systems.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Contract Requirements

This opportunity is available on a C2C or 1099 basis only. W2 employment is not available.

Ideal Candidate

The strongest candidate will be a true Cornerstone Galaxy expert, not a general Product Manager or LMS administrator.

We are particularly interested in candidates who have personally led multiple Cornerstone implementations and understand the intersection of Learning & Development, Workday, enterprise integrations, data migration, security, user experience, and large-scale platform delivery.

Pay: $60.00 - $65.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
