UI/UX and Frontend Developer

Working with a leading technology provider that delivers innovative solutions to government agencies, you'll be joining a team dedicated to creating secure, high-performance digital experiences.

The Role

• Combine user experience research, wireframing, and prototyping with hands-on front-end development.
• Translate wireframes and prototypes into robust, maintainable UI components.
• Ensure designs and front-end implementations adhere to 508 accessibility regulations and FBI design standards.
• Build responsive and accessible user interfaces using modern front-end frameworks like React.
• Collaborate with backend developers to align UI components with API capabilities.
• Conduct usability testing and provide design-driven recommendations to improve UI/UX.

What You'll Need

• At least 5+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design and frontend development.
• Demonstrated expertise in prototyping tools such as Figma or Adobe XD.
• Strong proficiency with modern frontend frameworks, including React and JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Comprehensive understanding of web accessibility standards, 508 compliance, and responsive design.
• Ability to create and maintain scalable and reusable design system components.
• Active Top Secret Security Clearance is required.
