The Role

• Define, implement, and deliver complex, cross-functional programs successfully
• Engage in program-level strategic planning and interact with executive management
• Resolve complex issues and build high-performing teams
• Manage internal and matrixed employees and contractors to meet system requirements
• Oversee project scope definition, requirements gathering, scheduling, and budget management
• Report project status, manage risks, plan contingencies, and interact with customers across organizational levels

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science or computer engineering
• Experience with project estimating, scheduling, tracking, and customer interaction
• Proven people management and team-building skills
• Ability to be flexible and adaptable in a changing environment, managing competing priorities
• Quick learner of business processes, able to collaborate effectively with business partners
• Strong ability to assess risk and apply management principles to technology applications
• Experience delivering technology and business application solutions in large-scale, multi-platform environments
• Experience with the software development lifecycle
