The Role
- Design, develop, and enhance innovative software solutions for the P&C claims industry.
- Contribute to the architecture, design, and planning of new features and system capabilities.
- Collaborate closely with data scientists, data engineers, actuaries, and subject-matter experts.
- Integrate data science, AI/agent outputs, and model-driven insights into production application workflows.
- Build and maintain unit, integration, and automated tests to ensure high-quality code.
- Support and improve deployment pipelines and release processes.
What You'll Need
- 10+ years of relevant software development experience.
- Strong experience in software development using programming or scripting languages such as Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, SQL.
- Experience with modern front-end frameworks (React/TypeScript, Next.js) and robust backend API services (Django, REST).
- Cloud development experience with Azure and/or AWS, and Docker for containerized applications.
- Proven ability to design, implement, and maintain scalable, efficient CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitHub Actions and Terraform.
- Excellent technical design, problem-solving, and debugging skills with an understanding of Agile practices.
