The Role

• Direct and manage IT project development and delivery from initiation to completion.
• Facilitate project scope definition in collaboration with sponsors and stakeholders.
• Develop comprehensive IT project plans and communication strategies.
• Implement strategies to deliver projects according to business objectives and identify areas for improvement.
• Guide projects through governance processes and manage budget proposals.
• Influence project team members and build vital relationships for project success.

What You'll Need

• Demonstrated success leading complex, cross-functional technology initiatives.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Comfort working in complex Information Technology environments, partnering across teams.
• Proven ability to manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, dependencies, and communications.
• Experience partnering with IT Operations teams for delivery, maintenance, and improvement.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to motivate others to meet project expectations.
