Role Overview

We are looking for a

Senior DevOps / Platform Engineer

to scale and strengthen a growing FinTech platform. The role will focus on

AWS infrastructure, Kubernetes, platform reliability, security, CI/CD, observability, and PostgreSQL performance

.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, manage, and scale production infrastructure on

AWS

.

• Build and operate production-grade

Kubernetes

environments.

• Improve platform reliability, availability, performance, and scalability.
• Build and maintain

Terraform/IaC, CI/CD pipelines, observability, and deployment tooling

.

• Partner with engineering teams on

PostgreSQL performance, backups, reliability, and scaling

.

• Strengthen cloud infrastructure, network security, and access controls.
• Lead incident response, root-cause analysis, and reliability improvements.

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years

of DevOps, SRE, Platform, or Infrastructure Engineering experience.

• Strong hands-on experience with

AWS and Kubernetes

in production.

• Strong

Terraform / Infrastructure-as-Code

experience.

• Experience with

CI/CD and observability/monitoring tools

.

• Good knowledge of

PostgreSQL administration, performance tuning, and scaling

.

• Experience scaling

high-availability production systems

.

• Strong understanding of

cloud, network, and application security

.

Preferred

• FinTech, banking, lending, payments, wealth management, or financial-data

experience.

• Experience working in

SOC 2 compliant environments

.

• Python

experience.

• Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment.
