Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute product vision, strategy and roadmap for digital banking platforms
• Collaborate with business, technology and banking stakeholders to deliver enterprise digital solutions
• Lead requirements gathering, prioritization and product delivery
• Translate business requirements into product roadmaps, user stories and technical specifications
• Understand and evaluate end-to-end application flows across UI → Services → Integrations → Data
• Work closely with architecture and engineering teams to ensure scalable, secure and highly available solutions
• Lead GenAI and RAG-based initiatives to enhance customer and business experiences
• Review and document architecture, sequence flows and integration designs
• Drive cross-functional alignment and ensure successful product delivery

Technical / Domain Expertise

• Strong understanding of APIs, middleware, databases, backend services and batch processing
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, integration patterns and message queues
• Strong understanding of synchronous and asynchronous workflows
• Ability to analyze enterprise application architecture and end-to-end request lifecycles
• Experience in Online Banking, Digital Banking or Mobile Banking platforms strongly preferred

Preferred AI Skills

• GenAI and Machine Learning experience
• AI-powered enterprise solutions
• RAG architecture, vector databases and embeddings
• Understanding of vectorization and chunking strategies, including fixed, semantic and overlapping approaches
• Experience integrating AI/LLM solutions into enterprise applications

Critical Requirement

Candidates must have strong Product Management / Technical BA experience with enterprise-scale applications and hands-on experience in Banking, preferably Online/Digital Banking platforms. Strong technical understanding of APIs, integrations and end-to-end application architecture is required.

Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
