Occupational Therapist, PRN

Brightstar Care of Hunterdon County is looking for an Occupational Therapist to work in the Clinton, NJ area.

OT Day-to-Day Duties...

• Conduct physicalpsychological assessments of clients
• Work cooperatively w/ physicians to develop careappropriate treatment plans
• Assess home environments of clientsexplore adjustments which may be beneficial
• Assess for benefits of adaptive equipment to assist client w/ ADL's
• Advise client through the process of obtaining devices, as well as proper use of devices by client, familycaregivers
• Report client's response to treatment or changes in condition to the Director of Nursingphysician
• Initiate occupational therapy programinstruct other personnel, including family memberscaregivers, in specific phases of occupational therapy w/ which they may assist with the client
• Prepare clinicalprogress summaries, as well as participate in discharge planning
• Treat clients, familiesstaff w/ courtesyrespect.
