BDR is seeking a Systems Engineer (Senior) to join our growing team! This position is fully remote on government-furnished equipment, with core hours of 8:00am to 5:00pm Eastern.

Role Overview
Provides systems engineering support for the technical architecture, environment configuration, and integration of the Oracle Cloud EPM solution with federal health systems.
Key Duties
- Engineer the technical environment for the EPM solution, including development, test, training, demonstration, and production environments
- Design connectivity between Oracle Cloud and federal source systems, including network paths, VPN, and secure file transfer
- Coordinate the B2B gateway questionnaire and connectivity testing
- Configure CAC-based single sign-on and identity integration with DoD identity frameworks
- Support environment-level security hardening and provide technical evidence for the ATO
- Troubleshoot system-level performance, connectivity, and integration issues
- Maintain technical architecture documentation and environment baselines
Required Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 8+ years of systems engineering experience on enterprise IT programs
- Strong troubleshooting and environment-configuration skills
- Experience with identity federation and single sign-on (SAML) and CAC/PKI authentication
- Working knowledge of networking, secure file transfer, and cloud connectivity
- Experience documenting system architecture and environment configurations
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Tier 2 background investigation and CAC eligibility
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience supporting the Defense Health Agency (DHA) or Military Health System (MHS)
- Experience integrating cloud SaaS platforms with DoD source systems
- Oracle Cloud Infrastructure or Oracle EPM Cloud administration experience
- Experience with DoD network connectivity processes
The compensation range for this position is $120,000 to $150,000. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to location, skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
In addition, U.S Citizenship is required. Applicants will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information and be able to obtain a government-granted security clearance.
Individuals may also be subject to a background investigation including, but not limited to criminal history, employment and education verification, drug testing, and creditworthiness.
