Job Overview

As an Associate Product Manager, you will help drive customer acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue growth through data-informed product improvements and experimentation. You will collaborate with design, engineering, marketing, and other cross-functional teams to identify opportunities across the customer journey and turn them into measurable results.

Please Note

This is an onsite position based in San Jose, CA. We are only considering candidates who are local to San Jose/Bay Area and able to accommodate the required onsite schedule.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Identify growth opportunities by analyzing customer behavior, conversion funnels, user feedback, and market trends.
  • Collaborate with design, engineering, and marketing to launch improvements that increase conversion, engagement, and retention.
  • Support the growth product roadmap, coordinate delivery milestones, and track results against defined success metrics.
  • Develop hypotheses, support A/B tests, and analyze results to recommend whether to iterate, scale, or stop an initiative.
  • Monitor growth metrics and communicate performance insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Conduct competitive research and user testing to uncover unmet needs and inform growth initiatives.
  • Support product launches with cross-functional coordination and measure adoption and post-launch performance.

Qualifications:

  • Must be fluent in Mandarin.
  • +1 year of product management experience is required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and measurable product improvements.
  • Understanding of growth metrics, including conversion, activation, retention, and customer lifetime value.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing, funnel analysis, and hypothesis-driven experimentation.
  • Experience collaborating with technical teams on website optimization, system enhancements, or feature launches.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain priorities, findings, and recommendations.
  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to connect product decisions to business outcomes, including revenue, acquisition costs, and profitability.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
