What You’ll Do
- Execute precise asset resizing and reformatting, adapting master design files into various digital formats (banners, social media graphics, web assets) and print dimensions with meticulous attention to detail.
- Prepare flawless production art, including setting bleeds, accurate color modes, crop marks, and optimizing image resolution for print-ready mechanicals, as well as exporting perfectly optimized digital files.
- Act as a guardian of brand consistency, strictly adhering to established brand guidelines, typography systems, color palettes, and grid structures across all resized and reformatted assets.
- Conduct thorough quality assurance checks on all files, meticulously looking for typos, ensuring correct formatting, verifying links, and organizing layers before final delivery or handoff.
- Maintain impeccable file management, implementing clear naming conventions, logical folder structures, and contributing to efficient digital asset management (DAM) organization.
- Engage in cross-functional collaboration, working closely with senior designers, project managers, and marketing teams to meet challenging production deadlines and deliver high-quality visual content.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on professional experience.
- 2-4 years of experience in production design, graphic design, or relevant internship experience, demonstrating a foundational understanding of design principles and technical execution.
- Proficiency across the Adobe Creative Cloud suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- A solid understanding of digital display specifications, print pre-press setup, color spaces (RGB vs. CMYK), and image resolution (DPI/PPI).
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills, with a keen eye for precision.
- Demonstrated ability to handle repetitive tasks efficiently without compromising on quality or accuracy.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
- Familiarity with Figma or Sketch.
