Full Stack Engineer

Job Family Description:

Proficient in Full Stack Development as well as multiple design techniques

§ Working proficiency in Full Stack toolset to design, develop, test, deploy, maintain and improve software

§ Strong understanding of Agile methodologies with ability to work in at least one of the common frameworks

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Proven 10+ years of experience in full-stack development with a 100% hands-on coding background (not an architecture-only role)
• Strong technical expertise in Java, Spring Framework / Spring Boot, JavaScript/TypeScript, ReactJS, Next.js, and AWS cloud services (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS)
• Proficient in modern JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5/CSS3, component-driven UI development, and web performance optimization
• Strong experience building microservices and RESTful API design/development; familiar with secure API practices
• Experience with both SQL and NoSQL databases (data modeling, query optimization, and performance tuning)
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipeline implementation (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions) and version control with Git
• Monitoring and Logging: Experience with tools like Splunk, Dynatrace, CloudWatch, Datadog
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) including sprint planning, stand-ups, backlog refinement, and retrospectives
• Proficient in automated testing frameworks (JUnit, Jest, React Testing Library) and containerization/orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Hands-on AI skills development and agentic flow enablement experience (LLM/AI integrations, orchestration, guardrails, evaluation)
• Ability to lead code reviews, ensure coding standards, and build scalable frontend and backend solutions while remaining hands-on
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
