In this hybrid role based at our Chicago headquarters, you will drive product vision and strategy across multiple teams by defining high-level priorities, aligning business objectives, and ensuring delivery of customer-centric solutions.

Lead and act as subject matter expert for other product owners to maximize business value through effective backlog management, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous improvement of agile practices.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Set and communicate product vision and roadmap in alignment with organizational goals and market trends.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for other product owners, provide guidance on backlog prioritization, user story refinement, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Own and manage multiple product backlogs, ensure prioritization reflects enterprise-level objectives and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership and stakeholders to translate strategic initiatives into actionable features and epics.
  • Champion the voice of the customer across teams and influence product decisions to enhance member experience and business outcomes.
  • Facilitate cross-team alignment for dependencies, risks, and opportunities impacting delivery and product success.
  • Drive continuous improvement in agile practices, ensure consistency and scalability across teams.
  • Monitor and report on product performance metrics, identify trends and recommend enhancements.
  • Participate in the full product lifecycle, including ideation, development, launch, growth, and optimization.

Education & Years of Experience

  • Minimum - 4 Year Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Technology, Business or related
  • Minimum - 5 Years of Agile/Scrum Methodologies or related
  • Preferred - 3 Years of (specific domain)

Compensation & Benefits:

Typical hiring range:\‏\‏\‎

\‎ $92,600.00 to $144,100.00\‎ Annually. Actual compensation will be determined using factors such as experience, skills & knowledge.
