ABOUT THE TEAM
Anduril Intelligence Systems (AIS) is focused on positioning Anduril as a lead provider of specialized engineering and products for Intelligence Community (IC) customers. We work within the IC to understand their requirements, shape their concepts of operation, and deliver exquisite capability across their problem set.
We aim to develop and deploy critically needed capabilities that address our customers’ most pressing national security requirements.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Design and implement secure CI/CD pipelines, enabling automated build, test, and deployment of software across multiple enclaves
- Collaborate with software engineers to optimize the build and test processes, reduce deployment friction, and integrate security controls early in the development lifecycle
- Work alongside tactical software developers to identify pain points and process deficiencies and architect durable solutions
- Build Infrastructure-as-Code frameworks (Terraform, Ansible, or similar) to provision and configure development, test, and production environments
- Automate security compliance workflows, including STIG scanning, vulnerability assessment, configuration validation, and compliance reporting for continuous monitoring
- Develop containerization and orchestration solutions (Docker, Kubernetes) tailored for classified networks with appropriate security hardening
- Create monitoring and logging infrastructure to support security operations, troubleshooting, and incident response
- Partner with system administrators and ISSM/ISSO personnel to ensure deployed systems meet customer security requirements
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of experience and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as GitLab CI, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar
- Proficiency in a variety of programming or scripting languages such as Python and Bash.
- Understanding of software engineering fundamentals: design patterns, testing, version control, and debugging
- Familiarity with Infrastructure-as-Code using Terraform, Ansible, Puppet, Chef, or similar tools
- Working knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker) and orchestration platforms (Kubernetes, Docker Swarm)
- Understanding of Linux system administration, networking, and scripting (Python, Bash)
- Currently possesses and is able to maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance, at a minimum.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience deploying and maintaining systems in classified DoD or IC environments
- Hands-on experience with ATO processes, STIG implementation, and continuous monitoring for accredited systems
- Proficient in Python package development
- Familiarity with SCAP-compliant scanning tools (OpenSCAP, Nessus, ACAS) and automated compliance frameworks
- Experience with secure software supply chain practices, artifact signing, and software bill of materials (SBOM)
- Knowledge of zero-trust architectures and microsegmentation in Kubernetes environments
- Experience with GitOps workflows and declarative infrastructure management
- Proficiency with observability and monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, Splunk)
- Understanding of PKI, certificate management, and secrets management solutions (Vault, AWS Secrets Manager)
- Experience with air-gapped or disconnected network deployments
- Relevant certifications such as Security+, CISSP, or AWS/Azure security certifications
US Salary Range
$191,000 — $253,000 USD
The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations. Highly competitive equity grants are included in the majority of full time offers; and are considered part of Anduril's total compensation package.
